Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 g finely chopped smoked pork loin
  • 2 “stark delicious” red apples
  • 10 radishes
  • 1 little horseradish
  • 2 tbs apple compote
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Rinse apples and radishes and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a bowl and season with oil and pepper. Also add apple compote. Place the salad in the middle of the plate and put pork loin around it. Grate some horseradish to give a spicy and vibrant note to the dish.
