Ingredients for 4 people:

For the batter

  • 125 g flour
  • 1/4 l milk 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 dab butter 
  • a pinch of salt

For the filling

  • 50 g fresh basil leaves 
  • 3 tbs olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 100 g hard goat cheese 
  • salt and pepper

For the topping

  • 1 cup beef stock 
  • 1 dl liquid fresh cream


Prepare the batter as for crepes. To make the filling just combine together the ingredients and blend them until creamy and smooth. Spread a thin layer of filling on each palacinka, then roll into tiny tubes. Fry the filled palacinke on both sides with a dab of butter, beef stock, a bit of fresh cream and grated cheese. Bake au gratin for some minutes to get a crispy surface.
