Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 duck breasts (small)
  • 200 g string beans
  • 200 g green radicchio
  • 500 ml Verduzzo Friulano wine
  • 10 almonds
  • 5 grapes
  • fresh rosemary and thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml stock
  • 10 g butter


Bring wine – aromatized with thyme and rosemary – to a boil and let it evaporate. Then add grapes and toasted almonds. Add stock and butter. Cook the duck breasts in a saucepan. Make sure that the parts with more fat are evenly fried. Serve the duck cut into thin slices and set on a mix of radicchio and steamed string beans. Dress with the wine and almond gravy.
