Gulasch
(Meat stew with cumin)

Ingredients:

  • 600 g beef cheek (or other muscles)
  • 600 g onion
  • 50 g paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 g cumin
  • 40 g flour
  • 1/2 l red wine
  • salt, pepper and chili pepper

Preparation:

Shred the onions and fry in olive oil. Chop the meat, coat each piece in flour and fry together with the onions. Add paprika and wine and cook on a low heat When cooked add minced garlic and cumin off the heat. Season to taste.

Pair with:

aged red wine with a pronounced aromatic bouquet.
